GUILDERLAND — A new 256-unit senior living community in Guilderland is accepting tenant applications ahead of its partial opening in the next few months.

Construction at the luxury Hamilton Parc apartments is underway. Staff expect about half of the site’s units and amenities will be ready by March, with the remaining units in a yet-to-be-built attached structure expected to open in early 2025. Despite the ongoing construction as tenants move in, Arye Schwimmer, chief operating officer of the community’s property management company, Webster Management, said the noisier excavation and foundation work for the upcoming structure has already been completed as of this week.
