The Markstone Group really saved the day for my family. When my parents passed away and we inherited their estate, we knew it might be challenging, since the land was largely wetlands and had environmental issues. We had serious trouble selling it. In fact, it was going on years on the market when we finally reached out to Markstone and, within two weeks, the deal was secured, and the estate was finalized. I don’t know what we would have done without them.

I owned an old mining property in Franklin Borough, New Jersey, that was quite an eyesore and an ideal redevelopment site that was beyond most. It was a complicated situation, but once Markstone’s team stepped in, it hired a land attorney and was able to work with the borough and their department to re-write the Masterplan. They developed a beautiful space that hosts 500 townhouses, commercial and retail space that transformed the site into a thriving community—a win-win for all of us!

I stayed at Somerville Park for 16 months and it was the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The apartments are really nice, and all of the appliances are up to date. There is a ton of space in the rooms and the living room as well. The location is great and very safe - we walked outside every night of spring and summer and felt very safe. The absolute best part though is the building manager Angelo. I really can't emphasize how amazing he is at his job. Any issue you have ever, he is instantly on top of it and fixes it. He's so kind and helpful and is by far and away the best apartment manager I have ever met in my life. Him alone makes this place 5 stars let alone all of the other amazing amenities.
