We have engaged in extensive conversations with town officials, engineers, and community stakeholders to gain insights into the town’s long-term vision, community needs, and the concerns of neighboring residents.

Recognizing that Foundry Square is a brownfield site, we have prioritized environmental remediation and off-site DOT improvements as part of our development plan. By working closely with local boards, we aim to transform this previously underutilized space into a vibrant mixed-use development that enhances the town’s character and provides much-needed amenities for residents and visitors alike.
Moreover, we understand the importance of addressing the likes and dislikes of neighbors to our proposed project.
